Return-Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day return-replacement policy, which means you have 7 days to request after receiving your item.

Below are the list of reasons for replacement:

  1. Damaged or defective item
  2. Received the wrong item (wrong size/color/design)
  3. Missing quantity


To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can either use the form at the bottom of this page or to streamline the process email us directly at support@prenta.ph with the following details:

  • Buyer's Name
  • Phone Number
  • Ordered Item/s
  • Order Date
  • Reason (check the list above)
  • Proof of transaction thru a Google Drive link
  • Photos and Videos displaying the issue thru a Google Drive link

Once your request is processed, we will provide you with an address for returning the items.

Once your return has been inspected at the warehouse, we will send you the replacement item. The shipping cost that was used to for the return will be refunded via GCash or Bank Transfer.

    • Date Ordered
    • Name of Ordered Item/s,
    • Reason (e.g., Damaged, Wrong Item Delivered, or Defective),
    • Proof of transaction (via Google Drive link)
    • Photos and Videos displaying the issue (via Google Drive link)
