      Go and grab your favorite shirt, the one that fits you the best and measure that with a measuring tape, ruler, measuring stick, or one of your foot (if you are crazy like that).

      A. Height
      How long is your torso? Do you want your 'alkansya' exposed or remain unseen by other unlucky beings?


      B. Width
      How wide is your torso's circumference? Do you want to accentuate your bulge or hide it?


      C. Sleeve
      Do you want your muscular biceps and triceps hidden or you want to flex it when someone attractive passes by?


      Once done measuring and taking the ABC's  in consideration, your next stop will be the Size Chart (image below) and compare your measurements to it. However, do note that you need to consider the different ratio of length and width of shirts. If your shirt does not 'exactly' match with the numbers on the table,  then adjust accordingly and follow whichever suits you the best.
